Cité El Bahri and Oued Errmel follow the same model, with comparable rents and more irregular supply. Within the first kilometres you live in town, with buses, schools and the market nearby. Beyond, plots get wider, rents drop and journeys get longer. Before choosing, drive to your work or the children's school at rush hour on a weekday morning: on the western roads, traffic gets much heavier between half past seven and nine, and a cheaper home can cost dear in time and fuel.

House, floor or apartment
