Our mission
houni.tn grew out of a simple observation: house-hunting in Tunisia should be as straightforward as booking a flight or a hotel. We gather sale and rental listings from across the country in one place, from Tunis to Médenine, with detailed pages, photos and the location on the map. Anyone can filter by governorate, by delegation, by budget and by area, then reach the owner or agency directly.
We believe in a clearer market, one where the price per square metre is no longer a mystery and where a Tunisian living abroad can follow a viewing from their phone. The site is available in French, Arabic, English, Italian and Spanish, because buyers come from here and from far beyond. Listing stays free, and it will stay that way for private owners.
