In Nabeul governorate, the word "rental" covers two markets that share the same walls. Dar Chaabane, Beni Khiar, Maamoura: the inner ring

Kelibia, Korba, Soliman: the north coast and the gateway to Cap Bon

In Kelibia and Hammam El Guezaz, yearly demand comes from settled families, teachers and people working at the port.
