Finding an apartment for sale in Beni Khiar takes patience. New builds off-plan and small developments

A few Nabeul developers launch small residences on the edges of the delegation, often six to twelve apartments, sold off-plan. A new apartment in Beni Khiar costs less there than in Nabeul for a comparable floor area, and the finishes are those of the local market. Check the building permit, the legal status of the estate and the identity of the developer, and have the delivery date and late-delivery penalties written into the contract. Before buying in a residence in El Maamoura, ask how many units are occupied all year, who manages the building and what the pool and security cost.
